Mezuki and Necro Garudna are a cost to activate their effect so they'll be remove from the graveyard even if the effect has been negated.

Pledgespreader Zombie has a cost to put one card on top of the deck. It's not remove from play since it hasn't been summon.

Vayu's effect activates (not a cost to remove it self or the moster), opp. activates oppression. Vayu stays in the graveyard. Vayu's effect can be activated again.

Same thing, since Vayu's effect activates in the Graveyard, and if it's effect is negated, it stays in the Graveyard and can be activated again.
